The management team of SPT BPO possesses extensive experience in financial, corporate legal  and business process outsourcing services. Its principals come   from the Philippine's best state  university and is ably backed up by an operations and  support team  of   process-oriented  professionals.  Its  customer  service representatives  possess  four-year college degrees from the country's leading universities with at least  6 - 12 months contact center work experience.  

Our existing  contact center facility in Metro Manila  utilizes the best-of-breed VOIP   technology  with fully  redundant systems. Our   affiliates  network  of  more  than  10   contact  centers  nationwide  also  allows us  access to the  best customer service agents anywhere in the Philippines.

Our unique business model allows us to handle  your outsourcing requirements from one to five  customer service representives during the pilot period and from 5 - 15 customer  service representatives upon full implementation.
